A deposit is required to secure the booking which is fully redeemable on treatment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee or incur a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
