Service Description
A comprehensive consultation for concerns related to perimenopause, menopause, hormones, and weight management. Your session includes time with Registered Nurse Kelly and a doctor for a full medical review. Together, we will outline your clinical history and determine appropriate next steps for your health journey. Consultation fee: $350 The fee includes both the clinic consultation and the doctor’s fee. As the doctor’s appointment must be arranged in advance, your booking is not confirmed until the doctor’s availability has been secured. A cancellation fee applies to late cancellations and missed appointments, as the doctor’s time has already been reserved.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure the booking which is fully redeemable on treatment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee or incur a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time or the need to reschedule to ensure all clients receive the highest standard of care.
